These terms govern the use of the QR menu service provided by avucunda. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. Scope of the Service
avucunda is a software service that lets businesses create, publish and share digital menus through QR codes.
The service is provided within the menu, branch, category, product and table limits defined by the selected plan.
Your menu is published on an address derived from your company name. On Professional and Chain plans you may connect your own domain.
2. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity carried out through your account.
The accuracy of the products, prices, calorie, allergen and content information published in your menu is solely the responsibility of your business.
Providing complete allergen and nutritional declarations required by applicable legislation is the obligation of the business.
3. Subscription and Payment
Plans can be purchased for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 1 year. Annual purchases include 2 free months; 10 months are charged instead of 12.
No setup fee is charged. You may end your subscription whenever you like.
A 7-day trial can be started without entering card details. If payment is not made before the trial ends, the menu is not published.
If payment is not received or the subscription expires, the menu is suspended and the suspended state is clearly shown to visitors.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights in the software, interface, brand and design elements belong to avucunda.
Rights in the images and texts you upload to your menu remain yours; you declare that you are entitled to publish them.
5. Service Continuity
Planned maintenance is announced in advance. In the event of unforeseen interruptions the service is restored as quickly as possible.
avucunda cannot be held liable for interruptions arising from force majeure.
6. Termination
Either party may end the subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the paid period.
In the event of a breach of these terms avucunda reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
