Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement applies to subscription and QR stand orders placed through avucunda.

1. Parties and Subject

Seller: avucunda. Buyer: the business purchasing the service.

The subject is the QR menu subscription ordered electronically by the buyer and any physical stand products.

2. Price and Payment

Plan prices are charged at the amounts valid at the time of the order. VAT is added to the prices.

Annual terms include two free months.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the virtual POS with 3D Secure verification.

3. Delivery

The digital service is made available immediately once payment is approved and the menu goes live.

Physical stand products are dispatched within an estimated 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for physical products.

Stands produced specifically for the business, printed with its name and QR code, count as custom production; the right of withdrawal cannot be used unless they are defective.

For the digital service, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once performance has begun. The subscription can be ended at any time.

5. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
