Cancellation and Refunds

You can end your subscription whenever you like. As no setup fee is charged, cancelling costs nothing.

Cancelling a Subscription

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your menu stays live until then.

If no payment is taken at the end of the period the menu is suspended; the menu address is reserved for you for 90 days.

Refunds

For annual payments, a refund can be requested within the first 14 days where the service has not been used.

A pro rata deduction is applied for periods already used.

Stand Orders

Orders that have not entered print are cancelled free of charge.

Products that arrive incorrect or damaged are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
