Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee, and you can leave whenever you like.

Can I update the menu myself?

Yes. Prices, stock and products are updated in seconds from the dashboard and appear in the menu immediately.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. Scanning the QR code with the phone camera is enough; the menu opens in the browser.

Can I add calorie and allergen information?

Yes. You can define calories per portion and an allergen list for every product; both appear on the product card.

How does the trial work?

You use every feature for 7 days without entering card details. If you do not pay before it ends, the menu is not published.

Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. Annual terms include two months free, so you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

Can I use my own domain?

On the Professional and Chain plans you can connect your own yourcompany.com domain to your menu.

Where do I get the table stands?

You order them during setup or later from the dashboard. Your printed QR code is shipped to your address.
