Data We Process

Account data: full name, email, phone number, company name, business address.

Billing data: invoice title, tax office and number, payment amount and date.

Usage data: menu view counts, scanned table, device type, language preference and search terms.

Technical data: IP address, browser information and session records.

Card Details

Card number, expiry date and security code are not stored on our servers. Payment is verified by your bank with 3D Secure.

Only the card brand and last four digits are recorded, for transaction matching.

Menu Visitors

No identity information is collected from menu visitors. For statistics, IP address and browser information are summarised one way and cannot be reversed.

Likes are deduplicated using this anonymous summary.

Retention

Account data is kept for the statutory retention periods after the subscription ends.

Raw visit records are kept for 12 months; after that only daily summaries are retained.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data and to object to its processing.
